Margaret Bloy Graham's expressive illustrations depict a lovable character that children can identify with. Harry the Dirty Dog is a great book for toddlers and preschoolers.

Ian Falconer captures the busy life of a preschooler with a humorous touch. "Olivia" is a good book to read with children in preschool and kindergarten.
